Yllix Media Review: Scam or Legit , Real review

Yllix Inc is an international advertising network that was opened up in 2012. Since it has grown to become one of the fastest-growing advertising networks.

An advertisement network that doesn't have any traffic requirements. You can start showing ads and earn from the very first day on your newbie website. They even accept free domains like googles .blogspot domains. This is one of the easiest advertising networks to join.

 If you are looking for alternatives to Google AdSense and want to earn money posting ads on your website or blog, you should really check out this advertising network.

Now, the real question: is it really a good Adsense alternative?

I will tell you my opinion of my experience and earning of one month from Yllix Media before I got my Adsense approval.

Yllix requirements: How to join?

It is actually very easy to join Yllix as it has no traffic, domain requirements. They don't even review your site. Just add the code provided and you are good to go.

• First, go to this link and fill all the required forms and join.
• You will receive a verification which you have to click and verify to complete your sign up process.
• After sign in you don't need to provide your site address. Just go to ad tags and get your desired ad format code.
• Then set the code to your blog/site layout.
• That is it. Your blog will show ads now.

Ad formats supported by Yllix

Yllix provides many ad types to suit your need.

Banner Ads: Typical banner ads you usually see in websites. Most basic, faster and popular ad format.

inApp Banner Ads: inApp Banner Ads are designed for and tested on iOS and Android. They should work on other platforms but with no guarantee.
In other words, they are ads for showing in your mobile applications like googles AdMob.

Redirect Ad: This ad types redirect clicker to an advertiser website. According to Yllix, this is their best performing ad format with 100% fill rate. And best to use for websites that is not optimized for mobile and gets most of their traffic from PCs.

Slider Ad: is an ad type that is always visible on your website (unless the visitor closes it). The Slider Ad displays all types of banner ads such as text, image, and video ads as well as external 3rd party ads.

PopUp / PopUnder / TabUp / TabUnder Ads: Generic pop ads. Will pop-under, up or in a tab randomly. Have good CTR% but annoys the user most.

Layer Ad: The Layer Ad is an ad type similar to PopUp Ads but much less aggressive. The Layer Ad is an ad displayed in a window over the website you're visiting. Visitors have to click the "X" button in order to close the Layer Ad and continue to the desired website. It is a decent ad format.

Yllix: Scam or Legit?

I haven't got payment from Yllix myself as I only earned 0.06 from a month before I got m Adsense approval. But my brother did earn above the threshold which is just USD 1 and after requesting got his payment.

So, they indeed pay. Like most ad networks they can ban account/ deny payment if anyone violates their terms though. 

And earning will be very very low.

CPM/CPC/ CPA which type Yllix provides?

Now to the main point. Many publishers stop using Yllix after some days when they see a very low income. And most of these publishers of Yllix are new bloggers with little traffic. Cause bloggers after having Adsense don't usually use Yllix or other networks anymore. So, Yllix publishes mostly consist of new bloggers.

Yllix shows only CPA ads to unverified websites. Which means just clicks won't earn you money. If the user after clicking the ads completes the task then only you will earn. Even then that won't be more than 0.01 to 0.02.
For ex: User clicks a download type ad, then from the ads site downloads the file then you will earn.

Unverified Website: While Yllix doesn't verify websites to start showing ads they don't show high paying CPM/CPC ads to your websites until you can provide good quality traffic (a CTR of at least 0.25-0.3% with a conversion rate between 0.5-3%, depending on the ad format) and your website will be set as “Verified", providing you with high-quality CPM, CPC and CPA adverts.

So, if you have daily traffic of about 100 unique visitors and still don't have Adsense then you surely can try Yllix.

How much can I earn from Yllix?

This is a tough question to answer. Whether you are using Adsense or Media.net or Yllix your earning depends on your traffic quality, the number of unique traffic, Ad placement, targeted traffic, your content, etc.

Yllix earning is really low. Especially compared to Adsense.

The above pic is my earning stats of one month before I got my Adsense Approval.

As you can see my earning is low and I only earned when there was a conversion which means after clicking that user completed the task provided by the ad be it download or buying a shirt depending on which ad he clicked.

Don't get discouraged though. Like I said before, my traffic is very low. So by Yllix terms, my blog is unverified and will only get low earning CPA ads.

So, to earn a decent amount of money you must have at least 60-100 unique visitors per day with (a CTR of at least 0.25-0.3% with a conversion rate between 0.5-3%, depending on the ad format) to get high-quality ads. Which they check for every 1 week until your site is verified.

One thing to mentions is that if you have Indian traffic you can earn the highest with this network than any other country most of the time as for some reason Yllix eCPM is always the highest for Indian trafffic.

Payment Methods:

Yllix has a minimum threshold for PayPal which is just $ 1. And supports other methods too.

$1 for PayPal
$10 for ZCash
$10 for Payza
$50 for Payoneer
$100 for international bank/wire transfer

Conclusion

So, Ylix is a decent ad network that can help you earn from the very first day of your blogging career. 

But the earning will be very low. They have high-quality CPM and CPC ads for verified aka good CTR websites. Even then earning won't come close to what Adsense gives. 

So my advice is you should apply for Adsense and if you get rejected try to fix the issues Adsense team mentioned and re-apply until you get your Approval.

But, if your website violates Adsense policies (Adult, Gambling, etc sites) and you want to show ads then you definitely can try Yllix provided you have decent traffic stats to get verified status and get Good ads. They show ads on Adult sites too.

If your site is about crack app downloads, app review, etc niche then you will get good CTR as they have very modern looking ads especially download ads. Beware, although you will get good CTR from those generic download ads many users complained they contain viruses and malware. And I can vouch for them. I personally found a virus.

That is all I have about my review and opinion about Yllix. If you really want to earn from blogging by just showing ads then there is no alternative to Adsense. 

I was only been able to use Yllix for one month before I got my Adsense approval. Once I have traffic of 100 per day I will try Yllix just to give more accurate information.
